About the atlas

This atlas is a publication about who does what for water, sewer and septic around the South Sound. It isn't a plumbing contractor, utility or government office. It takes no calls, books no work and does no installs or repairs.

No link to local firms

It has no connection to any local plumbing company with a similar name, and it recommends no South Sound plumber. To find out whether a plumber holds a Washington certificate, use the state's lookup, described on check a plumber.

How it is made

It is written from the official pages listed at the foot of each sheet. No plumber, inspector or agency has reviewed it. There's no phone line or inbox, because nobody here can look at your pipes. Every page carries its revision date and the sources list says which pages could not be opened directly.

Who runs it, and the linked businesses

This site is run by the same team as PlumbingSupplyAndMore, SoftPro, Quality Water Treatment and Central Plumbing & HVAC, which is a plumbing and heating company in Pennsylvania and does not work around the South Sound. Some pages link to them, and each of those links says so beside it. The links help those businesses. They aren't a finding that those businesses are better than anyone else, and no prices are quoted here.

What you won't find

• Reviews, ratings or rankings of plumbers or products.
• Survey-grade boundaries. See how to read the sheets.
• Legal advice. When a rule matters, ask the office named on the sheet.
